摘　　要：介绍了国内外有关纸张、塑料、金属等包装材料中小分子化学物质向食品内的迁移研究。提出这些小分子化学物质对食品的污染问题已经引起了世界各国的重视,各个国家目前纷纷制定相应的法规以确保食品安全,并指出了我国食品安全研究的方向。The studies on the migration of the small and medium-sized molecule chemicals from paper, plastic, metal, and other packaging materials into food at home and abroad were introduced. It was concluded that food pollution problems that caused by these small molecule chemicals have already attracted attention around the world. Legislations were established to ensure food safety in each country. The research directions of the food safety in our country were put forward.
