护士在执行“三查七对”制度中存在的问题及对策

摘　　要：目的分析护士在执行"三查七对"制度中存在的问题并提出相应的对策。方法采用方便取样的方法,抽取4家不同级别医院的432名护士作为调查对象,采用自行设计的调查问卷进行调查。结果执行操作前检查的护士有412名(95.4%)、操作中检查的有420名(97.2%)和操作后检查的有366名(84.7%);"七对"中发生漏查的共238次。结论规范护理管理制度和流程是落实"三查七对"的重要保障,系统、反复的培训有助于培养护士的查对习惯。Objective To analyze problems when nurses performed the ＂three inspections and seven verifications＂ for doctors advice and to explore the response measures. Method A total of 432 nurses in 4 different level hospitals were investigated by the serf-designed questionnaire. Results 412 nurses performed ＂three inspections and seven verifications＂ before manipulation （95.4%）,420 nurses performed ＂three inspections and seven verifications＂ during manipulation （97.2%）,and 366 nurses performed ＂three inspections and seven verifications＂ after manipulation （84.7%）. They failed to perform ＂seven verifications＂ 238 times. Conclusions The standard nursing management systems and the processes ensured the implementation of the ＂three inspections and seven verifications＂. Systematic and repeated training of the nurses helped to build up a habit of inspecting and verifying.
