肝硬化门脉高压症早期的双功彩色多普勒研究

摘　　要：本文应用双功多普勒超声，检查３０例正常人和５０例ＰＨ早期患者３５项血流参数，经单、多元统计分析，筛选出五个指标：ＣＬＶ、ＰＶ－ＣＩ、ＬＰＶ－Ｑ、ＣＨＡ－Ｑ、ＳＡ－ＰＩ，其联合诊断ＰＨ早期正确率达９０％以上。研究结果初步认为该五项指标的应用，为临床ＰＨ早期诊断提供了有效。Abstract　In　this　article,we　use　twofunction　Doppler　ultrasonic　instrument　to　measure　the　liver　morophology　of　30　healthy　people　and　50　patients　with　early　stage　Liver　cirrhosis.We　investigate　35　twofunction　doppler　blood　flow　parameters　relative　to　the　early　stage　of　portal　hypertension.From　the　analysis　of　single　and　multielement　statistics　we　find　5　parameters　including　CLV、PV-CI、LPV-Q、CHA-Q　and　SA-PI.The　accurency　of　the　5　parameters　used　together　to　diagnosis　the　early　stage　of　portal　hypertension　may　attach　to　90%.The　results　show　that　these　5　parameters　used　together,provides　an　effective　noninvasive　quantitative　data　for　early　diagnosis　of　portal　hypertension　patients　with　portal　hypertension.
