摘　　要：滑膜衬里层增厚是类风湿关节炎（ｒｈｅｕｍａｔｏｉｄａｒｔｈｒｉｔｉｓ，ＲＡ）的重要病理学特征之一，但机制不清。本研究用核酸分子原位杂交技术检测反映细胞增殖状况的细胞周期蛋白基因ＣｙｃｌｉｎＢ１（有丝分裂周期蛋白）和ＣｙｃｌｉｎＤ３（Ｇ１期周期蛋白）在１０例ＲＡ、３例骨关节炎（Ｏｓｔｅｏａｒｔｈｒｉｔｉｓ，ＯＡ）及４例正常关节滑膜组织的ｍＲＮＡ表达水平。发现ＣｙｃｌｉｎＢ１和ＣｙｃｌｉｎＤ３在ＲＡ滑膜衬里层表达明显高于对照组。To investigate the mechanisms of the thickening of rheumatoid synovial lining layer,one of the major morphologic features in rheumatoid arthritis(RA),we determined the expression of the cell proliferation maker cyclin B1(mitotic cyclin)and cyclinD3(G1 cyclin)in the synovium of patients with RA(n=10),and control patients with osteoarthritis(n=3)and those with trauma(n=4)by in situ hybridization.It was found that the mRNA level of both cyclin B1 and cyclin D3 in rheumatoid synovial lining layer was significantly higher than that of control,which suggests that in situ proliferation of synoviocytes might contribute to the thickening if rheumatoid symovial lining layer.
