摘　　要：研究了螺旋锥齿轮动态加载接触分析有限元模型的构建方法,分析了一对五齿准双曲面锥齿轮在高速重载情况下轮齿的接触情况及接触区域在轮齿啮合过程中的变化规律,得到了齿面接触压强及M ises应力的分布情况,为弧齿锥齿轮的动态啮合特性的研究提供一种分析方法。A finite element numerical method used for contact analyses of spiral bevel gears under dynamic load is developed. The situation of tooth contact and contact zone changing of a pair of hypoid bevel gears with five teeth model which work in high speed and under heavy load is analyzed. The value of tooth contact pressure and the distribution of Mises stress are obtained. The result provides an effective analysis method for research of dynamic meshing characteristics of spiral bevel gears.
