桂哌齐特对急性脑梗死病人血清基质金属蛋白酶9和超敏血清C-反应蛋白的影响

摘　　要：目的观察桂哌齐特对急性脑梗死病人血清基质金属蛋白酶9(MMP-9)和超敏血清C-反应蛋白(hs-CRP)的影响。方法急性脑梗死病人124例,随机分为2组(均n=62):桂哌齐特组[桂哌齐特(240mg·d-1,iv,gtt)+常规治疗]、对照组(常规治疗)。同时设立健康组30例。分别检测2组病人治疗前、治疗后d5和d14和健康组的MMP-9和hs-CRP水平。治疗前和治疗后d14对2组病人进行改良爱丁堡+斯堪的那维亚脑卒中评分量表(MESSS)及日常生活能力Barthel指数(BI)评分。结果与健康组比较,所有病人MMP-9和hs-CRP的水平明显增高(P<0.01);与对照组比较,桂哌齐特组治疗后d14的MMP-9水平、hs-CRP水平和MESSS评分显著下降(P<0.01),BI显著增高(P<0.01)。结论桂哌齐特可降低急性脑梗死病人的MMP-9和hs-CRP水平,改善预后。AIM To observe the effects of cinepazide on serum matrix metalloproteinases-9 （MMP-9）and high-sensitive C-reactive protein （hs-CRP） in acute cerebral infarction patients. METHODS One hundred and twenty-four acute cerebral infarction patients were randomly divided into 2 groups： 62 patients in cinepazide group were treated with cinepazide （240 mg＇d-~, iv, gtt） and routine treatments, 62 patients in control group were treated with routine treatments. Thirty healthy subjects were chosen as health group. Concentrations of MMP-9 and hs-CRP were determined in the health group. While the changes of MMP-9 and hs-CRP concentrations were detected before the treatment, d 5 and d 14 after the treatment in the cinepazide group and the control group. The degree of neurologic impairment was evaluated using modified Edinburgh-Scandinavia stroke scale （MESSS） and Barthel index （BI） in the cinepazide group and the control group before and after the 14 d treatment. RESULTS Levels of MMP-9 and hs-CRP in all the patients were obviously higher thanthose in the health group （P 〈 0.01 ） . Compared with the control group, concentrations of MMP-9 and hs-CRP, marks of MESSS decreased significantly in the cinepazide group d 14 after the treatment （P 〈 0.01 ）, while grades of BI increased remarkably （P 〈 0.01） . CONCLUTION Cinepazide could reduce the levels of MMP-9 and hs-CRP in acute cerebral infarction patients, which is useful to improve the prognosis of the disease.
