摘　　要：目的:探讨彩色多普勒能量图(CDE)评价HIFU治疗前列腺癌的初步疗效及其安全性。材料与方法:选择保守治疗的前列腺癌患者43例,观察HIFU治疗前后前列腺的超声回声、临床症状变化,CDE对治疗前后前列腺内部血流灌注对比观察。结果:治疗后前列腺癌内部回声增强,血流信号减少,临床症状改善,无严重副作用。结论:HIFU治疗前列腺癌安全、有效。CDE可客观评估前列腺癌血流灌注状态、有效评价HIFU治疗的疗效,作为治疗后疗效判断是一项较好的检测指标。Purpose： To evaluate the effectiveness and safety of high intensity focused ultrasound （HIFU） for the treatment of prostate cancer with color Doppler energy （CDE）. Materials and Methods： Forty - three patients with prostate cancer for the conservatively cure. The changes of prostate ultrasound image, clinical symptoms before and after HIFU treatment were observed. The blood perfusion in the prostate was detected with CDE and was compared before and after the treat- ment. Results： The echo inside of prostate was amplified, signals of blood supply were decreased and clinical symptoms were improved. There were no obvious side -effects in all the cases. Conclusion： The HIFU treatment for prostate cancer is safe and effective. CDE can objectively demonstrated blood supplies of the prostate cancer, which is a good method for evalu- ating treatment effect.
