摘　　要：设立人事诉讼程序已经成为适应法律与时代发展的必然要求。在我国建构人事诉讼程序有良好的基础,司法改革的进行为人事诉讼程序的建构提供了契机。人事诉讼程序的建构有利于促进我国民事诉讼法学理论体系的丰富和发展,适应日益复杂的身份关系纠纷解决的需要,有利于我国民事诉讼法律制度同世界接轨。Family litigation procedure is a judicial process which is applied to the handling of family disputes. Many countries and areas have prescribed family litigation procedure as a particular part in their civil procedure because it is quite different from the normal civil procedures. With increasing concern with the protection of human rights, the construction of family litigation procedure in China will enrich the theories and promote the practice of civil procedure in our country.
