摘  要:分析了装备双离合器式自动变速器(DCT)车辆行驶过程中包含的各种运行工况,建立了各运行工况的动力学微分方程。基于xPC目标工作环境,借助MATLAB和工控机等软硬件,与自主设计的电子控制单元和执行电机进行联接,建立了DCT车辆的硬件在环仿真试验台。编制了换挡规律的设计程序,提出了挡位及同步器的控制方法。利用硬件在环试验台,分析了换挡过程中分离合器执行电机的占控比、接合离合器执行电机的占控比、接合离合器开始接合的延迟时间、发动机油门开度变化对换挡品质的影响,优化了换挡品质。此外,对DCT车辆加速工况、制动工况的性能进行了测试与评价。Dynamic characteristic of the vehicle equipped with dual clutch transmission (DCT) was analyzed, and then its differential equations of every mode were built. Then, the hardware in the loop test-bench of DCT (HILT-DCT) powertrain, based on xPC target object environment, industry control computer, motor and transmission electronic control unit (TCU), was established. Furthermore, the design procedure of shift was devised and the gear and synchronizer control schedule was put forward. Moreover, influences of clutch engaging time, throttle control, duty cycle of the disengaging clutch actuator motor, duty cycle of the engaging clutch actuator motor to shifting quality were analyzed by HILT-DCT and the shift quality was optimized. In the end, the vehicle performance in accelerating mode and braking mode were evaluated, satisfactory results were obtained.
