摘 要:目的探讨护理本科生护理学基础技能实验教学方法。方法试验组71名学生采用改革的实验教学措施教学.主要突出课前学生的预习和自学,实验课时对实验技能项目操作原则、潜在创新点和与该项目相关拓展学习内容的讨论和分享:对照组61名学生采用传统的实验教学措施教学,比较两组学生的自评结果、课程期末技能考核成绩和总评成绩。结果试验组学生自评创新能力、创新意识、观察和分析问题能力等10个方面的提高比对照组高(P〈0.01),试验组学生的课程期末技能考核成绩和总评成绩高于对照组(P〈0.05,P〈0.01)。结论改革后的实验教学方法有利于提高护理本科生的创新意识、创新能力、动手能力、掌握和应用理论知识等综合素质。Objective To explore the new teaching methods in experimental skills of Basic Nursing Science for nursing undergraduate students. Methods In the experimental group,71 nursing students adopted the new teaching methods,the teaching measures included highlighting pre-class work and self-learning,a discussion and sharing of principles,potential innovation,and related learning materials of the procedure during class. In the control group,61 nursing students adopted traditional teaching methods. The student self-assessment results,final exam grades and total marks were collected and analyzed. Results The experimental group got higher scores than the control group in the student self-assessment results,final exam grade and total mark (P〈0.05,P〈0.01). Conclusion The new teaching methods can effectively improve the students' performance and their innovative thinking and capacity.
