高校“和谐社会”建设与工会工作创新

摘　　要：建设社会主义和谐社会是党中央提出的重要执政理念,也是高校发展的重要理念。随着高校管理改革的不断推进,二级学院的办学实体地位逐渐增强,其内部和谐氛围培育必然成为高校和谐社会建设的重要组成部分。积极进行二级学院工会工作创新,可以有效推进学校和谐社会建设,进而促进学校又好又快地发展。To build up a harmonious socialist society is not only an important ruling concept put forwards by the Central Committee of the Party, but also an important developing concept of universities and colleges. Along with the reform of university management, the status of educational entity of secondary college has been enhanced. The harmonious environment inside secondary college has become an important part of the construction of harmonious university. To innovate trade union work in secondary school will effectively enhance the construction of harmonious university.
