摘　　要：隋代教育家王通的教育实践经验启示我们:鲜明的人格魅力是优秀教师的必备素质;对学生品性能力的培养和评价,更有利于教育目标的实现。Assessing system and educate, Wang Tong＇s experiences of teaching practice tell us that the charms of personality is what a excellent teacher＇s needed quality of competence, and the goal of education will achieve more easily if we pay attention to foster students＇ moral character and ability.
