精神病专科护士职业紧张对生命质量的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨精神科护士职业紧张对生命质量的影响。方法采用Osipow氏职业紧张量表和健康调查量表评定191名精神科护士职业紧张和生命质量,并分析两者间的关系。结果男、女护士职业紧张差异具有统计学意义(P<0.01);不同年龄、不同职称护士生命质量得分差异具有统计学意义(P<0.01);生命质量与职业任务紧张、个体紧张反应呈显著负相关,与个体应对资源呈显著正相关(P<0.01)。结论精神科男女护士职业紧张不同,不同人群职业生命质量不同,不同职业紧张源对生命质量存在不同的影响。Objective To explore the influence of occupational stress on the quality of life of nurses in mental hospital. Methods A total of 191 psychiatric nurses were investigated with Occupational Stress Inventory Revised Edition（ OSI- R）and 36 -item Short Form Health Survey（ SF -36 ）. The relationship between oecupational stress and the quality of workiug life was analyzed. Results The score of occupational stress were significantly different between male and female nurses. There were significant differences in the scores of quality of life among nurses with different age and professional title （ P 〈 0.01 ）. The score of qualty of life was negatively correlated to the factor scores of occupational task strain and personal response,while postitively correlated to the factor score of personal resources （ P 〈 0.01 ）. Conclusions The male and female nurses showe different degree of occupational stress. The quality of life is also different among nurses with different age and profession titles. Different factors of occupational stress have different influeenc on the quality of life in psychiatric nurses.
