48例肝癌患者在超声引导下经皮穿刺无水乙醇注射的护理配合

摘　　要：目的探讨肝癌患者在超声引导下经皮穿刺无水乙醇注射(PEI)的护理配合。方法对48例原发或继发肝癌患者实施在超声引导下行经皮穿刺无水乙醇注射治疗(PEIT),治疗前予心理护理,讲解治疗过程,减轻患者焦虑恐惧心理;指导治疗中配合方法,治疗中密切观察病情变化,配合处理患者治疗中不适;治疗后根据病人情况予以监测生命体征、吸氧、输液、护肝、止痛等对症治疗。结果48例患者治疗中情绪稳定,配合得当,治疗过程顺利,乙醇弥散良好,复查显示肿瘤均有不同程度缩小,治疗效果满意。结论PEI治疗肝癌,具有创伤小、适用范围广、疗效确切等优点。治疗前心理护理,治疗中密切观察病情变化,正确引导使患者掌握恰当的配合方法,及时处理治疗中患者不适是使治疗成功的有力保证。Objective To explore the nursing cooperation in percutaneous ethanol injection（PEI） under ultrasonic guidance in hepatic carcinoma. Methods Percutaneous ethanol injection therapy （PEIT） was performed under the ultrasonic guidance in 48 patients with primary or secondary hepatic carcinoma. Mental care and operation procedure explaining were carried out to relieve the anxiety of patients before operation. The nursing during operation included teaching the patients cooperation,observing the change of patient conditions and helping doctor to handle the patient discomfort. The nursing after operation covered observation of signs,oxygen inhaling,transfusion,pain relief,etc. Results The operation went smoothly and the result was satisfied due to the stable emotion of patients and suitable cooperation as well as better diffusion of the ethanol during operation. Conclusion PEIT for hepatic carcinoma has the advantages of mini-wound,extensive application scope and reliable effects. The emphatic guarantee of therapy success covers mental care for patients before operation,observing the change of patient conditions,helping the patient master the correct cooperation methods and handling patient discomfort timely during operation.
