高效液相色谱法检测克感利咽口服液药效物质的应用

摘　　要：目的：利用高效液相色谱法（HPLC），研究并建立了制备克感利咽口服液主成分色谱图的色谱方法。方法：色谱条件：Kromasil C18柱（4．6mm×250mm，5μm）；流动相为乙腈和0．25％甲酸水溶液，梯度洗脱，流量1．0mL／min；柱温22℃；用二极管阵列检测器记录各个色谱峰的紫外吸收光谱，色谱检测波长254nm。结果：在优化实验条件下，同时检测11种药效物质。结论：利用HPLC，从克感利咽口服液中鉴别出含有黄芩苷、黄芩素、绿原酸、栀子苷4种主要化学成分。Objective： Using High Performance Liquid Chromatography （HPLC）, the chromatogram and preparative method were studied and established for qualitative analysis on the chemical compositions of Rheumand Pharyngitis Oral Solution. Methods： HPLC conditions： Kromasil C18 column （4. 6mm × 250mm, 5μm） ; mobile phase of acetonitrile and 0.25 % formic acid aqueous solution, gradient elution, flow rate 1.0mL/min; column temperature 22 ℃ ; with diode array detector records of all chromatographic peaks of UV absorption spectra, HPLC detection wavelength 254nm. Results： Optimization of experimental conditions, 11 kinds of pharmacodynamic substances could be detected in the same time. Conclusion： The use of HPLC, identify Rheumand Pharyngitis Oral Solution containing baicalin, baicalein, chlorogenic acid and geniposide, four kinds of main chemical components.
