天津沿海都市型现代农业特征与功能研究

摘　　要：天津农业发展的战略定位是发展沿海都市型现代农业,争取在全国率先基本实现农业现代化。天津沿海都市型现代农业具有区位优越性、产业融合性、功能多样性、要素集约性、发展可持续性、高度开放性、生态保护性等特点;具有强化经济功能、完善安全环保生态功能、突出辐射带动功能、拓展社会文化服务功能;重点包括种源农业、绿色生态农业、设施农业、加工农业、海洋农业、口岸农业和休闲观光农业。The strategic orientation for Tianjin agriculture development is to develop modern agriculture of coastal urban city type and to strive for realizing agriculture modernization as the first city in China. Modern agriculture of Tianjin coastal urban city type possesses many characteristics： with superior regional location, industry amalgamation, multiple function, essential intensive, highly opening, ecological protection, etc. It should strengthen its economic function, perfect its security, environment protection and ecological function, give prominence to its radiate and driving function; develop its social culture service function; lay emphasis on industries including agriculture, green ecological agriculture, facility agriculture, processing agriculture, ocean agriculture, port agriculture and sight-seeing agriculture.
