摘　　要：本研究对洋虫Palembus dermestoides(Fairmaire)的幼、成虫氨基酸成分进行分析,结果表明,洋虫体内含有17种氨基酸,其中含有7种人体必需氨基酸,幼、成虫总氨基酸含量分别为51.15%和41.43%,幼、成虫必需氨基酸含量分别为18.36%和16.09%。洋虫是一种氨基酸种类齐全、营养丰富的资源昆虫。The contents of amino acids from Pale mb us de rmes toides （Fairmaire） larva and adult were determined.Results showed that P.dermestoides contained 17 kinds of amino acids,7 kinds of essential amino acids to human.Total amino acids contented 51.15 % in larva and 41.43 % in adult,essential amino acids contented 18.36 % in larva and 16.09 % in aduh P.dermestoides had high nutrient value,which provided a better prospect for exploitation and utihzation.
