摘  要:利用超声波辅助法提取玉米芯木聚糖,通过响应面分析得出超声波辅助法提取玉米芯木聚糖的最佳条件为:以10%NaOH溶液为提取溶剂,超声波功率为266 W,提取时间为52 min,提取温度为71.1℃,液料比为20.39(mL/g)。在此条件下,通过试验验证得出,玉米芯木聚糖提取率平均值为29.772 2%,与预测值非常相近。与传统提取方法相比,超声波辅助法显著提高了玉米芯木聚糖提取率,提高了17.382%,而且超声波辅助提取法大大缩短了提取时间,降低了提取温度。Uhrasonic technique was employed to extract xylan from corncob. The optimal conditions for the ultrasonic extraction of xylan were determined by response surface methodology. Box Behnken design was applied to evaluate the effects of four independent variables (ultrasonic power, time, temperature and solvent to solid ratio) on the yield of xylan. Results: The obtained optimal conditions for high yield xylan are ultrasonic power 266 w, extraction time 52 min, extraction temperature 71.1 ℃, and solvent to solid ratio 20.39. Under the optimal conditions, the yield of xylan from corncob is 29.772 2 %. Compared to traditional extraction technique, the ultrasound - assisted extraction technique increases the yield of xylan from corncob by 17. 382%. In addition, using the ultrasound technique, extraction time is significantly shortened and extraction temperature is decreased.
