一次性国产吻合器在食管和贲门癌手术中的应用

摘　　要：目的探讨一次性国产吻合器在食管和贲门癌手术中的临床疗效。方法将食管癌和贲门癌205例患者随机分为吻合器组,手工吻合组。吻合器组患者术中应用常州WH-Y型一次性圆型吻合器吻合,手工吻合组常规手工吻合。比较两组手术时间、吻合口瘘发生率及吻合口狭窄率。结果吻合器组平均手术时间102.5min,无吻合口瘘发生,吻合口狭窄率为0.80%,与对照组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论一次性国产吻合器吻合在食管和贲门癌手术中安全可靠、疗效确切,可缩短手术时间,减少术后吻合口瘘及吻合口狭窄率。Objective To evaluate the clinical therapeutic effect of domestic disposable stapler in upper digestive tract reconstruction. Methods Two hundred and five patients with esophageal and cardial carcinoma were divided randomly into surgical stapler group and hand-made group.The time of operation, the incidence rate of anastomotic leakage and anastomotic stricture were observed. Result In surgical stapler group, the average time of operation was 102.5 minutes, the incidence rate of anastomotic leakage was zero, and the rate of. anastomotic anastomotic stricture was 0.80%.There were significant diference between surgical stapler group and hand-made group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Domestic disposable stapler can be used safely and reliably in upper digestive tract surgery,and the stapled anastomosis is an effective technique to reduce the incidence Of anastomotic leakage and anastomotic stricture.
