摘　　要：本文基于社会文化理论,采用定性研究的方法,探讨了中外教师合作教学对教师专业发展的影响。研究结果表明,中外教师合作教学能促进教师教学水平以及协作能力的提高,对英语教师专业发展起到了积极的作用。The current qualitative research, based on sociocultural theory, explores the impact of co- teaching between local and native English teachers on teachers＇ professional development. It follows that co - teaching between local and native English teachers plays a positive role in teachers＇ professional development in terms of teaching skills and team spirit.
