摘  要:某型发动机四级压气机叶片榫头断裂导致喘振而引发空中停车。针对榫头的断裂故障机理重点进行了以下方面的研究:断口、痕迹学分析,四级压气机叶片振动模态分析,榫头和榫槽等关键部位的应力分析,在发动机离心载荷工作条件下考虑榫头-榫槽接触表面微动磨损产生磨损和疲劳裂纹的可能性,同时预测榫头出现磨损和疲劳裂纹的危险点位置。研究表明,本次断裂故障为由于叶片榫头与榫槽的非正常接触而产生的微动磨损导致的疲劳断裂,属于个性的小概率事件。The fracture of a 4^th compressor blade at the dovetail joint has caused an aero-engine surge and shut down in flight. The research on fracture mechanism of the 4^th compressor blade dovetail includes following aspects, metallographic and mark analysis of the blade fracture, computation and analysis of the vibration characteristics, stress analysis of vital positions such as the joint and groove of the dovetail, possibility analysis of the wear and fatigue crack arising from the fretting wear between the contact surfaces of the joint and groove of the dovetail with the centrifugal load, forecast danger spots of the dovetail where the wear and fatigue crack will occur. It concluded that this fracture was caused by fretting wear from exceptional contact between dovetail and groove, and there was only a little probability.
