摘　　要：目的探讨KLK7蛋白在卵巢上皮性癌组织中的表达及其临床意义。方法采用Western-blot技术检测34例卵巢上皮性癌、19例卵巢交界性上皮性肿瘤、32例卵巢良性上皮性肿瘤及37例正常卵巢组织中KLK7蛋白的表达,并分析其与各临床病理指标的相关性。结果KLK7蛋白在卵巢上皮性癌及卵巢交界性上皮性肿瘤组织中的阳性表达率(分别为79.4%、47.4%)及表达水平(分别为0.85±0.15、0.53±0.09)均显著高于卵巢良性上皮性肿瘤及正常卵巢组织(分别为15.6%、16.2%和0.20±0.13、0.22±0.11,P均<0.05);且KLK7蛋白在卵巢上皮性癌组织中的阳性表达率和表达水平均与手术病理分期和淋巴结转移有明显的相关性(P<0.05)。结论KLK7蛋白在卵巢上皮性癌组织中呈高表达,其不同程度的表达增强与卵巢上皮性肿瘤可能有关。Objective To study the expression and significance of KLK7 protein in epithelial ovarian cancer. Methods The expression and its clinical significance of KLK7 protein were evaluated by Western-blot in 34 patients with epithelial ovarian cancer, 19 patients with borderline epithelial ovarian tumors,32 patients with epithelial benign tumors and 37 patients with normal ovarian tissues. Results The positivity and relative contents of KLK7 protein in the patients with epithelial ovarian cancer（79.4%,0.85± 0.15） and borderline epithelial ovarian tumors（47.4% ,0.53±0.09） were all higher than those in the patients with epithelial benign tumor（15.6 %, 0.20 ± 0.13） and normal ovarian tissues（16.2 %,0.22 ± 0.11, P〈 0.05）. The positivity and relative contents of KLK7 protein in the patients with epithelial ovarian cancer were correlated with their clinical stage and lymph node metastasis（P 〈0.05）. Conclusion KLK7 protein is highly expressed in epithelial ovarian cancer. Different expression levels are correlative with the occurrence and development of epithelial ovarian tumor.
