摘  要:以马铃薯龙引薯一号为试验材料诱导微型薯,研究不同培养条件及不同培养基对诱导微型薯的影响,并对60Co-γ射线辐照打破微型薯休眠进行了初步研究。结果表明,17℃暗培养条件更加适合微型薯的诱导;在17℃暗培养条件下培养基MS(NH4NO31650mg/LKNO31900mg/L)+5mg/L6BA+80g/L蔗糖比MS培养基诱导微型薯效果更好;低剂量60Co-γ辐照处理能缩短微型薯的休眠期和休眠幅度,且不影响微型薯的芽势,不受样品量的限制,能同时处理大批量样品,可以作为打破微型薯休眠的一种行之有效的办法。Using potato Longyin I as the experiment material to induce the minituber, studied the effects of different culture conditions and different media on inducing Mini-tuber and carried out a preliminary study on breaking dormancy of minituber irradiated by 60Co-γ ray. The results showed that, 17% and dark culture conditions more suitable for induction minituber; under 17℃ and dark culture condition medium MS (NH4NO3 1650mg/L KNO3 1900mg / L) +5mg/L6 BA +80g/L sucrose is much better than MS medium for inducing minituber; low doses of 60Co-γ ray irradiation treatment can shorten minituber dormancy period and amplitude, without affecting the bud vitality of minituber, free from restrictions on the sample volume, also could handle large quantities of samples simultaneously, can be used as an effective approach to break dormancy of minituber.
