摘 要:以变速恒频风电机组为主要研究对象,建立了双馈发电机的数学模型;介绍了风电场最大安装容量的计算方法。利用Matlab/Simulink建立了风电仿真系统的模型,论述了仿真的方法和过程;以IEEE-9节点系统为例,把风电场加入该系统,针对风电仿真系统模型,从静态和动态两方面综合进行考虑,计算并确定了其风电机组的最大安装容量。This paper mainly studied the variable-speed constant-frequency wind turbine (VSCF). The paper established the model of the VSCF, and introduced the method to calculate the largest installed capacity of the wind farm. The method and process of the dynamic simulation based on Matlab/Simulink were discussed. The paper used Matlab/Simulink simulation to calculate the largest wind power installed capacity of the IEEE-9-bus system which is connected with wind farm from both dynamic and static state respectively. Two ways to access the system were considerd respectively:direct and through lines to access. This work is supported by Shanxi science and technological tackling key problem.
