摘  要:本文分析了军校教育管理的现状,认为以传统型为主的教育模式有待打破;陈旧、单调的教学内容有待改进;过于封闭、保守的校园文化有待改观。提出了军校教育管理应该做到四个转变:管理模式由“自我封闭”向“适度开放”转变;管理方式由“刚性管理”向“柔性管理”转变;管理方向由“过程管理”向“目标管理”转变;管理目的由“管住人”向“育好人”转变。The main body of a book the current situation having analysed military school educational management, the education pattern thinking that the type gives first place to tradition remain to be broken; Obsolete, monotonous content of courses has much room for improvement; The campus culture excessively, sealing off, keeping remains to be changed the appearance of. Have suggested that military school educational management ought to achieve four changing: Manage a pattern "closing the turn around "opening to the outside world to appropriate measure" by oneself"; The supervisor mode "is managed from stiffness" "managing turn around to flexibility"; Manage direction changing from "process administration" to "management by objectives"; Manage purpose changing from "controlling person" to "baby-raising good person".
