摘  要:为了使企业在当代这样一个激烈竞争的环境中胜出,形成一个可持续发展,人力资源出现一趟车的可观局面,从而打造可持续发展的企业前景。因此,面对中国企业中存在的人才流失的严重问题以及给企业带来的不利影响,我们提出人力资源的战略性储备势在必行,接着阐述了人力资源储备战略三部走原则,并加以例证,最后作出总结:凡事预则立,不预则废。For making enterprise win out in a present age this way cut-throat competition environment, form a sustainable development, considerable once vehicle appearing on human resources aspect, the enterprise prospect making sustainable development thereby. Face the adverse effect having brain drain's serious problem and being brought about by enterprise in Chinese enterprise therefore, we suggest that the human resources strategic reserves is imperative, proceed to have set forth human resources reserve strategy three parts principle leaking, and give an example, that the at last is made summing up everything desire is immediately, no in advance then useless.
