摘 要:组织文化可以形成为员工共同遵守的价值观和行为标准,从不同的方面为企业创造了价值;现代绩效管理更注重让无形资产有效地创造价值的问题,即它针对的是知识、技能和人的管理。这些特点无疑决定了绩效管理对组织文化这一以人文管理为核心的管理的依赖。因此,研究组织文化与绩效管理的协同效应及它们之间的匹配具有理论价值和现实意义。本文结合发展型组织文化的特点把绩效管理与组织文化结合起来研究,使绩效管理更明确、重点更突出,使绩效管理能够在发展型组织文化下得以有效的落实。Organization culture can form the outlook on values and behavior standard being that the employee observes commonly, that never same aspect is enterprise has created value; The modern achievement effect is managedattaching importance to the problem let intangible assets create value effectively more, is is its administration specifically for being knowledge, technical ability and person.
