摘　　要：当今社会，科学技术突飞猛进，将先进的科技发展转化为社会价值需要高素质、高层次人才，大学将是其根本，因此我们要培养高素质、综合性大学生人才，教学首当其冲，如何提升大学生教学工效，将尤为重要；本文从彰显学员主体地位、激发学员主动和创新、发挥学员队干部的辅导作用三个方面来阐述如何提升学员队教学，强调学员队干部科学管理及拓宽自身管理职能，管学互动的重要性。Society, science and technology advance by leaps and bounds nowadays, advanced science and technology is developed changing for social value needs high-caliber, high-level talented person, university will be that the person is basic, we ask talented person, teaching training high-caliber, comprehensiveness a college student to be the first to be affected therefore, how lifting college student teaching work efficiency, will be especially important; Trainee team teaching bow the main body of a book is hoisted from commending obvious trainee main body position, arousing trainee initiative and FOAK, bringing the trainee cadre of team＇s into play to tutor an effect coming to expound three aspect, emphasize trainee team cadre scientific management and broaden oneself management function, interactive significance of management and study.
