摘　　要：目的:探讨彩色多谱勒高频超声对浅表部位神经鞘瘤的诊断价值。方法:采用高频探头直接检测6例肿块形态、大小、内部回声及其血流情况,并沿外周浅表神经干走行方向,追踪扫查肿块与周围神经干关系。结果:本组6例神经鞘瘤患者根据其声像图特征及肿块与神经关系,超声正确诊断5例,未定性1例。结论:高频彩色多谱勒超声对外周神经鞘瘤的诊断准确性较高,应为神经鞘瘤的首选影像检查方法。Objective：To explore the diagnostic value of high frequency color doppler ultrasound on peripheral neurilemoma. Methods： High frequency probe was used to detect directly the mass shape, size, internal echo and blood flow, the relationship of the mass to peripheral nerve trunk was traced along the trunk. Results： According to the sonogram features and the relationship of mass and nerve, diagnosis of 5 cases were confirmed to be right while one was not. Conclusion： High frequency color doppler ultrasound has more accurate diagnosis for peripheral neurilemoma. It should be the first choice for detecting and diagnosis.
