摘　　要：目的:观察那他霉素治疗真菌性角膜炎的效果。方法:44例真菌性角膜炎患者随机分为观察组和对照组。观察组采用那他霉素滴眼液治疗,对照组采用氟康唑滴眼液治疗,比较两组的治疗有效率和疗程。结果:观察组的有效率(95.83%)明显高于对照组(75.00%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:传统的烧灼法结合那他霉素滴眼液滴眼,治疗真菌性角膜炎有较好的疗效。Objective ：To investigate the effects of natamycin eye drops on fungal keratitis. Methods： Forty-four patients with fungal keratitis were randomly divided into two groups （group A and B） and treated with different drugs on the base of cauterization treatment, and the effects were compared. Patients in group A were treated using natamycin eye drops, and patients in group B were treated using fluconazole eye drops. Results： The effectual rates of treatment in group A and B were 95.83% and 75.0% respectively, there was significant difference between them（P〈0.05）. Conclusion： Combination of conventional cauterization and natamycin eye drops has better effects on fungal keratitis
