医科大学社会捐赠与税收政策之中美比较研究

摘　　要：经费不足是制约我国医学教育发展的因素之一。社会捐赠收入是很多美国大学解决经费短缺的有效途径,而这种途径依赖于该国政府优惠的税收政策。文章将列举美国对社会捐赠的税收政策并与我国的政策相比较,提出做好高校社会捐赠的建议。The shortage of funds is one of the restraining factors to Chinese medical education development. In the USA, due to its favorable revenue policy, social donation can resolve the shortage of funds in higher schools. This paper compared the revenue policies to social donation between China and the USA, and tabled a proposal.
