儿童乳磨牙瘘管型根尖周炎的治疗研究

摘　　要：目的探讨乳磨牙瘘管型根尖周炎的治疗方法。方法选择100颗瘘管型根尖周炎的乳磨牙,用0.5%甲硝唑注射液和3%双氧水冲洗髓室、瘘管,然后使用甲酚甲醛封药消毒髓室、根管,最后用干髓剂加碘仿糊剂充填髓室。结果经过1～2年时间的观察,治愈86例,治愈率为86%,有效7例,有效率为7%,总有效率为93%,失败7例,失败率为7%。结论瘘管冲洗法加干髓疗法治疗乳磨牙瘘管型根尖周炎,可取得较好效果。OBJECTIVE discuss the treatment of fistula-type periapical periodontitis of primary molars. METHODS choose 100 primary molars of Fistula-type periapical periodontitis, washing Pulp chamber and fistula with 0.5% Metronedazole injection and 3% Hydrogen peroxide, then disinfecting Pulp chamber root eanal with Cresol formaldehyde medication, filling pulp chamber with Mummification Agent add Iodoform paste at last. RESULTS after 1-2 years＇observation, cure 86 cases, the cure rate is 86%, 7 effective cases, effective rate is 7%, total effective rate is 93%, 7 failure cases, 7% failure rate. CONCLUSION the treatment of Fistula-type periapicalperiodontitis of primary molars with Irrigation fistula and marrow therapy can acquire good effect.
