摘 要:本文首先以一台大型空冷汽轮发电机为例,建立定子径向通风沟内三维流动和传热的物理模型和数学模型;然后给出求解域的边界条件和假设条件,基于CFD原理,采用有限体积法对定子三维流体场、温度场进行数值计算,并对不同主绝缘材料的三维温度场进行比较分析;最后,对定子绕组结构不对称情况下的绝缘温降进行了计算,并对不同主绝缘材料热性能所引起的绝缘温降变化情况进行对比分析,得出一些有益的结论。Firstly, eddy loss expressions of asymmetric winding for large air cooled turbogenerator, and the 3-D mathematical and physical model of flow and heat transfer inside the stator radial ventilation ducts are established in this paper. Then according to boundary conditions and hypothesis, the 3-D stator temperature field and fluid field are numerically calculated using finite volume method (FVM), and the different temperature field in different main insulation material is analyzed. Finally, the insulation temperature drop with asymmetric winding is calculated and the variation of insulation temperature drop with main insulation material is compared, and some useful conclusions are drawn.
