摘 要:白酒标准化技术进步,是促进酿酒工业健康发展的强大支撑,对白酒各香型的分类、检验、工艺确定和品质提升,具有不可替代的作用。纵观中国白酒标准化发展历程,联系"三鹿事件"和食品类产品出现的问题,进一步规范白酒企业生产行为,加大现行白酒技术标准执行力度,修订和出台新的与之配套的相关标准都迫在眉睫,其工作任重道远。The advancement in liquor standardized techniques is the strong base for health development of liquor-making industry in China and it plays irreplacable roles in liquor flavor types classification, liquor testing, techniques determination, and liquor quality improvement. With the occurrence of series of scandals in food industry such as Sanlu toxic baby milk scandal etc., it is necessary to strengthen the execution of liquor technical standards, to further normalize the production management in liquor-making enterprises, and to formulate and revise associated regulations.
