高校贫困生资助工作的突出问题与对策探析

摘　　要：现行的国家对高校贫困生资助工作在实施的过程中出现了贫困生的认定、资助资金来源、勤工助学岗位数量、报酬与安全等问题。进一步做好高校贫困生资助工作必须完善贫困生认定机制;规范银行贷款,加强贷后管理;拓宽资助资金渠道;构建"三位一体"勤工助学体系。应加强贫困生思想政治教育和心理健康辅导,使高校贫困生资助工作更加持久有效地进行下去。The current funded work of poverty-stricken college students has appeared many problems in the course of implementation such as the identification of poor students,the funding sources of fund, the number of work-study jobs, the payment and security. In norder to further strengthen the funded work of poverty-stricken college students we have to improve the mechanism of the identification of poor students, norms for bank loans, strengthen post-lending management, broaden funding channels, build a ＂trinity＂ of work- study system, and at the same time strengthen ideological and political education and mental health counseling, so that the funded work of poverty-strickenr college students can run more durablely and effectively.
