摘  要:目的通过检测子宫颈上皮内瘤变和子宫颈鳞状细胞癌组织中组织因子表达和微血管分布,探讨组织因子在子宫颈病变过程中表达水平的变化及与瘤内血管生成的关系。方法采用组织芯片技术和免疫组织化学方法,分别检测子宫颈上皮内瘤变和子宫颈鳞状细胞癌组织中组织因子的表达和微血管分布。结果组织因子在正常子宫颈组织中均不表达,而在子宫颈病变过程中其表达水平显著上调(P<0.0001),瘤内微血管密度亦显著增加(P<0.0001);同时,子宫颈病变过程中组织因子的表达水平和瘤内微血管密度呈显著正相关(r=0.3705,P<0.0001),和患者年龄无关(P=0.7089)。结论组织因子参与子宫颈癌的发生与发展,并促进瘤内微血管形成,可作为一个潜在的子宫颈癌诊断和治疗的分子靶标并应用于临床。Objective To investigation the expression of tissue factor in cervical carcinogenesis and its relation to intratumoral angiogenesis. Methods Tissue microarray and immunohistochemistry were performed to examine the expression of tissue factor and intratumoral microvessels density in intraepithelial neoplasias (CINs) and cervical cancers. Results Immunohistochemistry results demonstrated that tissue factor was undetected in normal cervical tissues,while it was significantly up-regulated in the process of cervical carcinogenesis (P〈0.0001),and intratumoral microvessels density was increased simultaneously (P〈0. 0001). Tissue factor expression in cervical carcinogenesis was significantly correlated with intratumoral microvessels density (r=0. 1373,P〈0. 0001),but not with patient's age (P=0. 7089). Conclusion Tissue factor expression increases in cervical carcinogenesis,which might be used as a potential molecular target for diagnosis and treatment of cervical cancers.
