摘 要:目的:探讨益气养阴方抗鸡胚绒毛尿囊膜(Chick chorioa-llantoic membrane,CAM)血管及肿瘤细胞诱导CAM血管生成的效应。方法:制备CAM模型及接种肿瘤细胞的CAM模型,采用血清药理学方法制备含药血清。观察含药血清对CAM血管和肿瘤细胞诱导CAM血管生成的影响,并与生理盐水血清组对照。结果:益气养阴方含药血清可抑制CAM血管及肿瘤细胞诱导的CAM血管生成,各剂量含药血清组血管数目(高剂量组:9.662±0.599,中剂量组:9.682±0.818,低剂量组:10.242±0.640)与血管面积(高剂量组:887 8.500±1870.115,中剂量组:936 9.750±320 6.427,低剂量组:112 26.875±266 5.071,mm^2)均较对照血清组(10.511±0.990,127 59.375±437 9.058,mm^2)明显减少,与生理盐水对照组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:益气养阴方对血管生成有明显抑制作用。Objective:To study the role of Reinforcing Qi and Nourishing Yin on angiogenesis in CAM and tumor cells transplanted on CAM. Methods: Chicken CAM and that tumor cells transplanted were adopted. The drugcontained serum was prepared using serum pharmacological method. Chicken embryos were hatched and then angiogenesis in CAM and tumor cells transplanted in CAM was observed after application of nutritionaldoses serum and saline serum. Results: The rat blood serum containing drugs inhibited blood vessel formation in chicken chorioallantoi membrane and CAM by tumor cells transplanted. The effects on CAM angiogenesis nomber(High dose serum group: 9. 662± 0. 599, Middle dose serum group : 9. 682 ±0.818, Small dose serum group : 10. 242 ± 0. 640 ) and area ( High dose serum group :887 8. 500 ± 187 0. 115, Middle dose serum group :936 9. 750 ± 320 6. 427, Small dose serum group : 112 26. 875 ±266 5.071 mm^2) in nutfitionaldoses serum group compared with the effects in control group (10.511 ± 0. 990,127 59. 375 ±437 9. 058mm^2 ), there was statistical difference ( P 〈 0.05 ). Conclusion: Reinforcing Qi and Nourishing Yin has inhibitory effects on angiogenesis induced.
