摘　　要：目的探讨脊髓髓内神经鞘瘤临床特点及手术治疗方法,以求提高疗效。方法对重庆医科大学第一附属医院神经外科2001年3月至2008年3月收治的脊髓髓内神经鞘瘤5例进行回顾性分析。结果本组5例均行肿瘤全切除手术,采用气管插管静脉复合麻醉,术中可见5例肿瘤皆有包膜,与周围脊髓界限清楚。术后4例神经系统症状均得到不同程度的改善。结论脊髓髓内神经鞘瘤手术切除效果较好,超声导航下显微外科技术能精确区分肿瘤与正常脊髓组织,有利于肿瘤全切除并保护好周围脊髓组织,值得推广。Objective To explore the clinical characteristics and the treatment of intramedullary spinal neurinoma. Methods The clinical data of 5 patients with intramedullary spinal neurinoma from March 2001 to March 2008 were analyzed retrospectively. Results A total of 5 patients with intramedullary spinal neurinoma were treated with total resection. Four cases were improved in nervous system function to some degree. Conclusion Microsurgical technique is by far the best option for intraspinal lesions. Neuronavigation can be realized by intraoperative real-time ultrasound, which may be helpful for the total resection of intramedullary lesions and the decrease of surgical complications.
