摘 要:目的探讨伽玛刀(γ-刀)治疗后C-myc蛋白在复发胶质瘤中表达的变化及意义。方法用免疫组化SP法检测29例复发胶质瘤患者(γ-刀治疗组12例,非伽玛刀治疗组17例)在初发肿瘤组织和复发肿瘤组织中C-myc蛋白的表达。结果非γ-刀治疗组中,C-myc蛋白在初发胶质瘤中的表达明显低于其在复发胶质瘤中的表达(P<0.05)。γ-刀治疗组中,C-myc蛋白在初发胶质瘤中的表达明显高于其在复发胶质瘤中的表达(P<0.05)。γ-刀治疗组肿瘤复发时间的中位数为10.5个月,非γ-刀治疗组肿瘤复发时间的中位数为6个月,两组复发时间比较有显著性差别。结论γ-刀治疗胶质瘤,可能通过抑制C-myc的表达产生作用,并延长肿瘤的复发时间。Objective To investigate the expression changes of C-myc protein in recurrent glioma after gamma knife treatment and its significance. Methods The expression of C-myc protein in the primary and recurrent glioma tissues of 29 recurrent glioma patients (there are 12 patients in the gamma knife treatment group and 17 patients in the non-gmma knife treatment group)were detected by immunohistochemical staining. Results In the non-gamma knife treatment group, the expression of C-myc protein in the primary gliomas was lower than that in the recurrent gliomas(P 〈 0.05). In the gamma knife treatment group, there was significant difference in the expression of C-myc protein in the primary, gliomas and recurrent gliomas with a higher level in the primary gliomas (P 〈0.05). There was significant difference in the recurrent time between ganuna knife treatment group and non-gamma knife treatment group ( 10.5months vs. 6 months). Conclusion The gamma knife treatment may be realized by inhibiting the expression of C-myc protein and it also can extend the recurrent time of gliomas.
