摘　　要：目的:通过对女性双侧乳腺癌病人的SPECT全身骨扫描分析,了解骨转移病灶分布特点。方法:病人注射99mTc-MDP显像剂,2-3小时后,行全身SPECT骨扫描。结果:女性双侧乳腺癌病人大部分发生多发性骨转移。结论:女性双侧乳腺癌病人,易发生多发性骨转移,常规行SPECT全身骨扫描是必要的。Objective：To study the features of double female breast cancer patient＇s bone SPECT scan and bone metastasis distribution. Methods： Injection of ^99mTc -MDP imaging agent was given to patient,2 -3 hours later the SPECT whole bone scan was performed. Results： For most double female breast cancer patients occurred bone multiple metastases frequently. Conclusion： For double female breast cancer patients occur easy hone multiple metastases frequently,the conventional SPECT whole body bone scan is necessary.
