摘  要:目的:观察血管内皮生长因子-C(VEGF-C)和D2-40在结直肠癌中的表达,探讨淋巴管生成与淋巴道转移和临床病理特征的关系。方法:应用免疫组化SP法检测70例结直肠癌及20例正常结直肠组织中VEGF-C和D2-40的表达。结果:结直肠癌中VEGF-C表达率显著高于正常组织(P<0.05)。VEGF-C表达与患者淋巴结转移相关(P<0.05)。结直肠癌瘤周淋巴管密度(LDV-pt)显著高于瘤内淋巴管密度(LDV-it)和正常组织淋巴管密度(P<0.05)。瘤周淋巴管密度与VEGF-C表达和淋巴结转移密切相关(P<0.05),而瘤内淋巴管密度与VEGF-C表达和淋巴结转移无关(P>0.05)。结论:VEGF-C可能在结直肠癌淋巴道转移过程中充当重要角色,结直肠癌瘤周淋巴管密度和VEGF-C表达水平可作为预测预后的有用指标。Objiective:To investigate the expressions of vascular endothelial growth factor C (VEGF- C)and 1)2 -40 in colorectal carcinoma, and to explore the relationships between lymphangiogenesis with lymphatic metastasis and the elinicopathological characteristics of colorectal carcinoma. Methods: Immunohistochemical S - P method was used to examine the expressions of VEGF - C and D2 - 40 in 70 colorectal carcinoma tissue specimens and 20 normal tissue specimens. Results: Peritumoral lymphatic vessels density ( LDV - pt) was significantly higher than intratumoral lymphatic vessels density (LDV -it) in colorectal carcinoma tissue and normal tissue(P 〈 0.05 ). The positive ex- pression of VEGF - C in coloreetal carcinoma was significantly higher than that in normal tissues ( P 〈 0.05 ). LDV - pt in colorectal carcinoma tissue was closely corrected with expression of VEGF - C and lymph node metastasis. But LDV - it was not associated with expression of VEGF - C and lymph node metastasis. Conclusion: VEGF - C might play an important role in the process of lymphatic metastasis of colorectal carcinoma. LDV - pt and expression of VEGF - C might be good prognostic markers for the colorectal patients.
