奥沙利铂联合5-FU/CF方案治疗晚期结肠癌的临床观察

摘　　要：目的:评价奥沙利铂(L-OHP)联合5-FU/CF方案治疗晚期结肠癌的临床疗效和不良反应。方法:43例晚期结肠癌患者,给予L-OHP130mg/m2静脉滴注,持续4h,d1;CF150mg/m2静脉滴注,持续2h,d1-d5;5-FU500mg/m2静脉滴注,持续6h,d1-d5。每3周重复1次。结果:43例患者中,完全缓解(CR)1例,部分缓解(PR)11例,稳定(SD)17例,进展(PD)11例,总有效率(CR+PR)34.9%。不良反应主要是末梢神经毒性、恶心呕吐、腹泻、骨髓抑制等,均可耐受。结论:L-OHP联合5-FU/CF方案治疗晚期结肠癌疗效好,不良反应主要是末梢神经毒性和胃肠道反应。Objective ：To evaluate the therapeutic effect and toxicity of oxaliplatin plus 5 - FU/CF in the treatment of advanced colorectal cancer. Methods ： Forty three patients with advanced colorectal cancer received L - OHP plus 5 -FU/CF. L- OHP 130mg/m^2 was administered,iv infusion 4h,d1 ;leucovorin （CF） 150mg/m^2 ,iv infusion for 2h, d1 -5 ;followed by 5 - FU 500mg/m2 ,iv infusion over a period of 6h ,d1 -5. This regimen was repeated every 3 weeks. Results：Among 43 patients,there were 1 CR,14 PR,17 SD and 11 PD,the overall response rate （CR ＋ PR） was 34.9%. The major toxicities were nausea and vomiting, neurosensory toxicity and neutropenia, but they were tolerable. Conclusion：The combination of oxaliplatin and 5 - FU/CF is an effective and tolerable regimen for treatment of advanced colorectal cancer.
