吉西他滨联合草酸铂治疗晚期胆管癌的临床观察

摘　　要：目的:观察吉西他滨联合草酸铂治疗晚期肝外胆管癌的近期疗效。方法:30例晚期胆管癌患者采用化疗:吉西他滨1000mg/m2,静脉滴注30-60分钟,第1,8天给药;草酸铂100mg/m2,静脉滴注2小时,第2天。21天为一个周期。结果:30例中无1例达完全缓解,部分缓解6例(20%),稳定11例(36.7%)。14例(46.7%)患者疼痛得到缓解,生活质量提高。结论:吉西他滨联合草酸铂治疗晚期无法手术的肝外胆管癌具有较好的近期疗效且不良反应可以耐受。Objective：To observe the therapeutic effect of gemeitabine combined with oxaliplatin for the treatment of advanced eholangiocareinoma. Methods：Thirty patients were given gemcitabine and oxaliplatin intravenously. Restilts ：There was no complete response. The partial response rate was 20% and SD 36.7% , 14 patients （46.7%） had relic of pain and improvement in quality of life. The toxicity was low and tolerable. Conclusion： Gemcitabine combined with oxaliplatin is an effective and safe regimen for treating advanced eholangiocarcinoma.
