摘　　要：知识经济是以知识更新为基础的经济,是以现代科学技术为核心的、建立在知识和信息的生产、存储、使用和消费基础上的经济。在知识经济时代,国家竞争力的增强、企业的成长、产品的生产、商品价值的提高,都依赖于知识和掌握知识的人。图书馆是文化的核心,应由一支训练有素、知识渊博的高素质队伍组成,优秀的图书馆员是图书馆的重要资源。The knowiedge-based economy is the kind of economy which based on the updating of knowledge, with modern science and technology at the core, built on knowledge and information production, storage, usage and consumption. In the era of knowledge economy; the increasing of national competitiveness, the growth of enterprises, and the increasing production and appreciation of the goods, all depend on knowledge and Clerisies. Library is the core of the culture, it needs a well--trained and knowledgeable team of high--quality, and good librarians are important resources for libraries.
