摘　　要：通过对中国工程机械总公司近年来信息化建设的总结和思考,根据企业信息化实践切身体验,提出了信息化建设需要特别注意的问题和在信息化建设中的思考与感悟,希望能给正在实施信息化的工程机械企业提供参考。Through the conclusion and consideration of information system construction in China National Construction Machinery Co., Ltd., some notable problems in construction of enterprise information system are pointed out according to practical experience and some realization in it are presented with the hope to provide references for similar enterprises in information system establishment.
