摘　　要：[目的]观察葱神清脂软胶囊对大鼠非酒精性脂肪肝(NAFLD)的保护作用,并初步探讨其相关机制。[方法]SD大鼠40只,随机分为正常组、模型组、葱神清脂软胶囊组和易善复组,每组10只。实验4周后观察各组大鼠血浆丙氨酸氨基转移酶(ALT)、天冬氨酸转氨酶(AST)、肝组织中丙二醛(MDA)、过氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-Px)、一氧化氮(NO)、一氧化氮合酶(NOS)水平,以及病理组织学的特点。[结果]2个治疗组大鼠血浆ALT、AST水平,肝组织SOD、MDA、GSH-Px、NO和NOS水平与模型组比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01,<0.05),组织学观察表明2治疗组均能明显减轻肝组织脂肪变性。[结论]葱神清脂软胶囊对大鼠NAFLD具有很好的保护作用,其机制可能与对抗脂质过氧化反应,减少自由基的损伤有关。[Objective]To study the effect of Congshenqingzhi Capsule on protecting nonalcoholic fat liver in rats and explore the pathogenesis involved. [Methods] Forty SD rats were randomly divided into four equal groups： normal control group, model control group, Congshenqingzhi Capsule group and essentiale group. Apart from the rats in normal control group, the rats were all fed with high fat and high cholesterol diet. After 4 weeks, the levels of alanine transarninase（ALT）, aspartate aminotransferase（AST） were detected. The levels of superoxide dismutase （SOD）, malondialdehyde （MDA）, glutathione hormone （GSH）, nitrogen monoxide（NO） and nitric-oxide synthase （NOS） in hepatic tissue were also detected. Then the features of live pathology were observed. [Results]The levels of ALT and AST in Congshenqingzhi Capsule groups were significantly lower than those in model control group （P〈0. 05 or P〈0. 01）. The SOD and GSH-Px in hepatic tissue of rats treated with Congshenqingzhi Capsule were significantly higher than those in model control group （P〈0. 05 or P〈0. 01）,while the MDA, NO and NOS in hepatic tissue were significantly lower than those in model control group （P〈0. 05 or P〈0. 01）. Congshenqingzhi Capsule group could alleviate adipose degeneration of hepatic cells compared with model control group. [Conclusion]Congshenqingzhi Capsule has high effect of oreventing nonalcoholic fat liver disease. The anti--lipid peroxidation and reducing the damage of free radical effect of Congshenqingzhi Capsule may be the mechanism.
