摘 要:大蒜素是从大蒜的球形鳞茎中提取出来的一种挥发油状物,具有作用广泛、效果显著,无残留、无抗药性,不产生致畸、致癌、致突变性,是替代抗生素,生产安全无公害产品最佳添加剂。通过给妊娠猪、哺乳猪、乳猪、仔猪、生长肥育猪饲料中添加大蒜素的对比试验,分析出大蒜素对猪的采食量、育成率、生长速度、肉质及预防疾病等方面有良好的应用效果。Allicin is a kind of volatility oil extracted from spherical bulbs of garlic, which is the best additive to instead of antibiotics and product non-polluted productions for the folloring reasons: wide and prominent effects, nonresidue, non drug residence, non-teratogenicity, non-carcinogenicity and non-mutagenicity. The contrast experiments of adding allicin to the pig-feed of in-pig sow, lactating sow, suckling pig, piglet and growing-finishing pig respectively were conducted. The results indicated that there were great application effects of allicin on intake, matured rate, growth rate, meat quality of pig and prevent diseases.
