摘 要:实验室条件下观测了鳜鱼(Siniperca chuatsi)成鱼在不同浓度的MS-222处理下的麻醉效果,包括麻醉过程、苏醒过程中的行为变化以及麻醉过程中呼吸频率的变化。试验用鳜鱼成鱼体长25~30 cm,体重450~550 g/尾。试验设计的MS-222质量浓度范围为140~260 mg/L。结果表明,在麻醉液浓度为140~220 mg/L时,随着麻醉液浓度的升高,鳜鱼呼吸频率呈缓慢下降趋势,当麻醉液浓度增加到240~260 mg/L时,鳜鱼呼吸频率开始上升然后突降趋势,易造成鱼体的死亡。MS-222麻醉鳜鱼成鱼的有效质量浓度为200~220 mg/L,在此浓度范围内,鳜鱼的麻醉程度能够在3 min之内达到第Ⅴ期,清水内5 min达到苏醒第Ⅳ期。试验证明,采用MS-222麻醉鳜鱼成鱼,鱼体入麻时间短、复苏快,安全边界宽,MS-222是一种理想的水产用麻醉剂。The effects of MS-222, an anesthetic for fish, on behaviors of siniperca chuatsi were examined under laboratory conditions, including changes of characteristic behavior during anesthesia and recovery process as well as the changes of respiratory rate during anesthesia process. The body length and body weight of the siniperca chuatsi were 25-30cm and 450-550g respectively. The designed concentration of MS-222 was 140-260 mg/L, but the results showed that the effective concentration of MS-222 was 200-220 mg/L. Within this range, the anesthetic degree of fish could reach to stage V within 3min and fish could reach to recovered stage Ⅳ within 5 min in the water. When the concentration of MS-222 was 140-220 mg/L, with the increased concentration, the respiratory rate was decreased; when the concentration of MS-222 reached to 240~260 mg/L, the respiratory rate was rising at the beginning and then declining, which easily led to the death of fish. The experiments indicated that anesthetizing the adult siniperca chuatsi by MS-222 is feasible in terms of the effects that fish can be induced anesthesia rapidly and recovered rapidly with a wide concentration range of safety.
