摘　　要：在对政策法律环境、市场环境、资源环境、社会服务环境、科学技术环境和社会文化环境在高新技术企业自主创新过程中的作用进行理论分析的基础上,提出各要素对创新活动作用关系的相关假设,运用结构方程模型方法对哈尔滨市高新技术企业的调研数据进行了实证研究,验证了环境是高新技术企业自主创新的重要影响因素,并对研究结果进行了检验和分析。Firstly, this paper makes a theoretical analysis on the roles of legal policy environment, market environment, resources environment, social services environment, science and technology environment and socio-cultural environment in the process of independent innovation for high-tech enterprises. Then, puts forward assumption based on the theoretical analysis,and uses the SEM to give an empirical research on the survey data of high-tech enterprises in Harbin, verifies the environments are important factors for independent innovation of high-tech enterprises. And also tests and analyzes the results of empirical research.
