摘 要:在建立企业知识管理能力高标定位指标体系的基础上,对我国企业进行了抽样调查,并对高绩效企业与低绩效企业进行了知识管理能力高标定位,提出企业增强知识管理能力可采取的措施。研究结果表明:第一,企业运用特有的知识管理能力进行创新产品的开发是决定企业创新绩效的重要源泉;第二,企业知识管理能力与企业市场竞争地位之间存在着正相关关系;第三,我国企业在知识管理方面普遍存在能力不足,有很大的能力差距空间需要去弥补。Based on building the benchmark index system of the Enterprise Knowledge Management Capability, the Knowledge Management Capability is benchmarked, using the survey data of the Chinese corporations. And some methods are proposed to buildup the knowledge management capability. The research results indicate that: Firstly, the corporation innovation performance is decided by the special knowledge management capability ultimately, which is applied in the new product development. Secondly, there is positive relationship between the corporation knowledge management capability and the corporation competitive position in the market. Thirdly, the knowledge management capability of the Chinese corporations is commonly weak, and there exists big capability gap compared with foreign corporations, which must be made up.
